Clef Demo
Test Cloudflare ClefDecision Model Online
Clef is a 27B multimodal decision model that turns a state and a schema of typed questions into decisions. It reads the state as text, JSON, images, or video, and returns a probability for every allowed option of every question.
Testing Clef locally requires heavy GPU resources. Use this playground to run Clef instantly — no local GPU setup.
Drop-in compatible with Jev and the System One API — same state + typed questions schema.
Independent demo tool. Not affiliated with Cloudflare. Clef model under Apache 2.0.
Clef Playground
System One / Jev-compatible schema: state + typed questions (noul / choice / score) · ~154 tokens
Images (optional, max 4)
Official Workers AI vision input — embedded images only (no remote URLs). ≤4 MiB each.
Questions schema
Yes / no probability — no criteria list needed.
Output
Probability scores and a short reasoning summary will appear here after you run Clef.
Why developers use this playground
Multimodal decision model online — text, JSON, images (and video-capable) with typed questions and probability outputs.
State → typed questions → decisions
Clef turns a state plus a schema of typed questions into decisions, returning a probability for every allowed option of every question.
Multimodal inputs
Feed text or JSON state, plus optional images (up to 4). The model family also supports video; this playground focuses on text/JSON/images today.
Jev & System One compatible
Drop-in compatible with Jev via the System One API. Reuse the same state + noul / choice / score shape — swap endpoint and model to migrate.
Fully compatible with Jev & System One
Clef follows the System One API used by Typesafe’s Jev. Existing Jev integrations can switch to Clef by changing the endpoint and model — same state, noul / choice / score questions, and structured probability answers. This playground uses that schema so you can prototype drop-in replacements before updating production agents.
FAQ
- What is Clef model?
- Clef is Cloudflare’s decision-focused model for AI agents. It evaluates predefined options and returns probability scores based on your input state.
- Is Clef compatible with Jev and System One?
- Yes. Clef follows the System One API and is drop-in compatible with Jev. You can switch an existing Jev integration by changing the endpoint and model while keeping the same state and typed questions (noul, choice, score).
- Do I need GPU to run Clef?
- No. This playground runs Clef via Cloudflare Workers AI. No local hardware required.
- Is this the official Clef website?
- No. This is an independent demo playground, not affiliated with Cloudflare.
- What tokens are charged?
- Clef only bills input tokens. Output probabilities do not consume tokens.
- Can I use Clef for production agent systems?
- Yes, the model is Apache 2.0 licensed. This playground is only for prototyping and testing.
